The extreme weather has claimed 10 lives at Harlem street in buffalo suburb of west Seneca in western New York, of which two of them were mental patients that couldn't survive the hash weather through the night....fire fighters working round the clock to rescue as many as they can as 911 phone line gets super busy......
All roads are blocked by snow disallowing fire fighters truck to go in and rescue more people.....
